HOW DOES IT WORK?
By clicking SUBMIT, you agree to our terms & conditions of the sale of each lead sold to you including any additional subscription service you may wish to use inside the portal. Each lead that’s bought will record your signature, IP address, time, and date linked to our terms & conditions and refund policy for leads supplied. We will email you a copy of our terms and conditions, including our policy for invalid leads and refunds. Note: You will be charged a small fees of 0.50 NZD for validating your card. The validation fees will be refunded back in 2 - 3 working days
1. Enter the POSTCODE(s) for your desired real estate listing opportunities through the R.E – Solutions website. When a lead comes in, you will receive instant notifications via text and email, providing you with the property’s street name (excluding the street number), suburb, and RV.
At this stage, you can choose to accept the lead by clicking the provided link to unlock additional details. Upon clicking the link, you will be prompted to sign for the lead, and your credit card associated with your R.E. - Solutions account will be billed. This secures the lead exclusively for you, ensuring no other competing agents will have access.
Each lead is available for a limited time of 24 hours.
Your credit card details need only be provided once. Your card will only be charged when you accept a lead, granting you full control over the process. For subsequent leads, your credit card will be automatically charged each time you accept a new one. If you decide not to accept a lead, simply refrain from clicking the link.
2. LEAD COST The price of each lead is determined by regional demand, based on our Online costs and agent demand. Upon receiving the lead via SMS and email, you will be provided with partial lead information, allowing you to make an informed decision before purchase. The lead price varies between $35 to $70, plus GST.
3. ONCE YOU ACCEPT A LEAD Upon accepting a lead, you will receive comprehensive property and vendor details via both text and email, including the following:
Full verified address Name of the vendor Phone number Email address RV (Rateable Value) Number of bedrooms Condition of the house Any special features Garage availability Reason for selling
4. HOW TO SELECT POSTCODES Please only enter the postcodes for the areas where you operate. If you have multiple postcodes, separate them with commas (e.g., 6577,5995,4949). If a specific postcode is unavailable, it means that leads are not available in that location. For activation of your desired postcode, kindly contact hello@re-solutions.co.nz.
5. WHAT CONSTITUTES AN INVALID LEAD? At R.E - Solutions, we guarantee the accuracy of leads in terms of phone numbers, addresses, and property ownership. If any leads are deemed invalid, appropriate credits will be provided. For further information, please contact - daniel@re-solutions.co.nz.
6. CAN I PAUSE LEADS? You have the option to pause your account for either 7 or 14 days. The account will reactivate automatically upon completion of the chosen pause duration. However, if your account remains inactive for more than 14 days without any activity, we reserve the right to deactivate it. As we have a waiting list of agents interested in joining certain postcodes, preference will be given to those who actively list properties.
